A business that remembers.

Turn your calls, decisions and commitments into company knowledge that stays useful after the meeting ends.

Let the next conversation begin with context.

Your business already knows more than any single person can remember. We give that knowledge a place to live and a way to reach the people who need it.

  • Calls filed against the right account
  • Decisions and commitments carried forward
  • Company knowledge your team can find

Built and running at SMGP.

We define what is captured, where it belongs and who can access it. Human review handles uncertain attribution and sensitive decisions.

Inside our own operation
Call-transcript ingest

Every recorded sales call is transcribed, classified and filed into the company knowledge base within 15 minutes, with the account page updated and the team notified.

It replaces note-taking after calls.

The commitments watchdog

Every promise made in Slack or on a call becomes a tracked row; the watchdog posts what is due, overdue and delegated, and files replies automatically.

It replaces a task list nobody opened.

Claude Code skills

28 custom skills that run the company's repeatable jobs (drafting, invoicing, kickoff admin, DNS setup, lead checks, call sync) from a single command.

It replaces checklists.

The daily planner and end-of-day capture

A morning planning prompt and an end-of-day capture posted to Slack every working day; the replies are filed into the company knowledge base and turned into tracked commitments.

It replaces the notebook nobody reopened.

Built in your accounts.
Yours to keep.

We understand the workflow, agree on the scope and build it with your team. The handover includes the system and its documentation.

The practical details.

Which call recorder does it work with?

Fathom is the one we run, and the workflow reads from its API. Any recorder with an API that exposes the transcript can feed the same workflow. Each call is transcribed, classified by call type, checked for speaker mix-ups, and filed within 15 minutes of the call ending.

Where does the knowledge base live?

In a tool your team already reads. Ours is a knowledge base of plain text pages that Claude Code maintains, with a page per client, a page per call and a log of every change. For a client we build into the knowledge base you already use, in your accounts.

What is a Claude Code skill?

A repeatable job written down once and run from a single command. We run 28 of them: drafting the notes to a buying committee, scheduling sends, checking inboxes for leads, invoicing a new client, and syncing calls into the knowledge base. Each one replaced a checklist and the person who had to remember it.

Does the watchdog nag people?

It posts, it does not nag. Every promise becomes a row with an owner and a date, and the watchdog posts what is due, overdue and delegated in Slack. When someone replies that a task is done, Claude reads the reply and files the change. Nobody has to open a task list.
